Well earlier today we posted the new Season 3 Behind the Scenes Promo and at the :20 second mark, many fans feel that the individual in the baseball hat is none other than Nathan's brother Peter!?

Doesn't really look like peter to me. Maybe the first picture but the second one doesn't really look like him at all.
If I really had to guess I'd say there is a better chance of it being Tompson's son that they've been show casing in the latest online comics.

NBC probably just wants people to "think" its peter, they always do stuff like this to throw off the audience.
How can it be Peter? Wasn't he actually there when Nathan got shot? Unless there's two Peter's... or a shapeshifter again.

even when this happened in ths season finale i always thought it might be a future peter, from the clothes and walk, just seemed like him
It could easily be Future-Peter. Maybe Nathan's big press conference reveal had dire future consequences and therefore Peter used his time-travel ability to come back and stop him from doing it.
Wouldn't it have made more sense to just go back to a few minutes before the conference and just tell him not to do it?
