Kristin is now reporting that a main character who has not been well-received this season is going to get shot by "a certain serial killer we all love." She goes on to say that, unfortunately, Mohinder injects her with some Miracle Blood ™ and she comes back.

Maya. Alejenadro will stay dead.
Maya. Alejandro will stay dead.
Why is Mohinder getting stupider and stupider?
Nikki hasn't been well received this season either and she is still probably going to die. :(
elle
she ahsnt been well received because the writers have writtern her into crap. i hope she survives to kill her of just proves hte shows dead cause the writers dont care.
so, apparently Mohinder doesn't understand that everyone dies and he's going to try to play God? Geez, what's the point of Hiro learning that you can't change someone's fate if "D'oh"inder can't stop acting like a bumbling fool.
why does everyone hate her!?!

The writers really messed up with Maya. I'm glad they're bringing her back to life because honestly they really SHOULD. She deserves better than that crappy storyline.
That's really 'unfortunate' seriously. Why can't that awfully annoying Maya just stay DEAD!? It's like the audience would cheer for her death only to be bitterly disappointed moments later when she got revived. What's the point? I thought the Tim or whoever said there'd be a 'clean up', yet why keep this annoying character that's REALLY ruining the show for a lot A LOT of audience? The character itself was setup poorly with very little potential to begin with. Just get rid of her geez!
Well I really hope she doesn't die and saying that A LOT of Audience will be happy is dumb because you are not ALL audience out there. -.-
I'm also sorry that Alejandro had to go. I would rather like to see Sylar go.
Sylar will not go. He is essential to the heroes franchise and has done nothing this season apart from be held back by the complexity and sheer boredom created for the audience when we try to understand the point of Maya. Maya is rubbish and so is her story line, or lack of story line.
So, Maya should be killed off because they mishandled her introduction? That's the same reasoning people used with Nikki/Paulo on Lost lat year, and I still disagree with it. Killing off characters without giving them a proper payoff just because their introduction was lackluster is foolish. The effect of doing that is to render such characters' storylines truly pointless, and initially unpopular characters sometimes become fan favorites over time (see Chole on 24).
Rather than have Maya killed, I would prefer to see Kring and co. invest time in better developing her character and integrate her into the main story.
